Communion at Home: We have provided Worship Bags filled with materials to enhance your at home worship experience. We provide communion from the reserved sacrament, a bulletin, bell, candle, linen altar cloth and reading materials.
Please let our priest know if you would like to receive all or part of these materials so that you can more fully participate in the services.

Worship: Online or on the Phone
Here at St. John’s Church in Lockport, the center of our faith life is our Worship. COVID-19 does not keep us from worshipping. Even though we are unable to physically come to St. John’s, we are fully committed to bringing our “house of prayer for all people” to you. We gather in a new way. Offering Virtual Worship gives us an opportunity to be together on our phones, and on our computers. It helps us to reach people who might not normally come to church on Sunday morning as well as members who would if they could. This method of praying together helps us to remember that church is not just a building. It is the people of God being present with each other all over the world.
All are welcome to take part in our services. We also invite you to submit prayer requests for yourself, those you love, and the world. Email them to [email protected] or [email protected].
Sunday Worship Schedule
8:30 AM Our 30-minute service is in on Zoom and occasionally on Facebook Live. We pray, hear, and proclaim scripture and gather as the Body of Christ, participate in the breaking blessing and sharing of Holy Communion.

10:30 AM (Effective 11/29/20) Our 30-minute service is on Zoom and Facebook Live. We listen to music, pray, listen to scripture, have a sermon, pray for the needs of the world, gather as the Body of Christ and participate in Holy Communion.
